My debut novel, Please Report Your Bug Here, will be available in bookstores starting tomorrow, January 17. On the eve of publication, I wanted to share the very first page of the book with you. This opening is almost the same as it was when I started writing the novel one sunny morning in Tucson, Arizona, a couple years after I’d left my job at Instagram. It feels surreal to read these words again today, knowing that tomorrow I’ll be able to walk into my local bookstore and see the book there on the shelf.
Thanks to everyone who’s preordered the novel. If you haven’t, I hope you’ll consider picking up a copy this week. Already The New York Times has called it a “sharp literary thriller.” I hope you’ll agree.
P.S. Book Events!
If you’re in San Francisco, please come out to my book launch tomorrow evening at the Booksmith. I also have events planned in New York and Tucson, with more cities to come! Check out my events page for details.
All my best from San Francisco,
Josh
I have added your book to my want to read list on Goodreads. Need to complete my current reading first.
I wishlisted your novel, plan on picking it up when I get some disposable income!
